Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer for a remote role. You will lead development of test plans, write test scripts, and drive verification across IT systems to ensure quality and reliability.

• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, Java or Python.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute test plans, cases and procedures.
• Develop test schedule and approach.
• Write test cases and scripts; identify data for test scenarios.
• Conduct walkthroughs with Test Managers and leads.
• Perform and lead tests to ensure defect-free operation.
• Verify work products using defined methods and criteria.
• Document and communicate test results.
• Support analysis of test results and issue resolution.
• Create daily test metrics and reporting.
• Possibly perform other IT systems engineering activities as needed.
• Provide direction to staff per policies and management guidance.
