Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in C#, Java or Python.
• Proven track record on complex software projects with high-quality deliverables.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing; SDLC and Agile/Scrum familiarity.
• Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, QTP, LoadRunner).
• Experience with CI/CD and version control (GitHub Actions, Git, SVN).
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) and API/web testing.
• Experience with defect tracking (JIRA, Bugzilla) and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures to meet requirements.
• Develop test schedules and overall testing approach.
• Write test cases/scripts and identify data for scenarios.
• Lead tests and IT systems validation to ensure defect-free operation.
• Document and communicate test results and progress to stakeholders.
• Support analysis of test results and resolution of issues.
• Create daily test metrics and reports.
• Collaborate with test leads, PMs, and developers to improve procedures.
• Mentor junior testers and translate business requirements into test scenarios.
• Perform various IT-related testing tasks including API and web testing.
