Regions Bank seeks a Software Quality Assurance Lead to drive test strategy, planning, and execution across applications. You will mentor teams, coordinate with PMs, developers, and business units, and champion quality metrics and best practices.

This onsite role requires leadership experience and a strong QA background in methodologies, automation awareness, and risk-aware testing within financial services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and eight years of QA or related experience.
• Or High School Diploma or GED with twelve years of QA or related experience.
• Preference for project management experience and familiarity with Regions' testing standards.

Responsabilidades

• Leads Regions' QA projects coordinating with PMs, development teams, and Business Units.
• Coordinates testing activities, resources and funding requirements.
• Designs test strategy and planning for projects or applications.
• Coordinates test planning, creation, and execution.
• Provides test management guidance and defect workflow management.
• Maps QA metrics and publishes QA health scores for projects.
• Onboards QA talent onsite or offshore and mentors junior staff.
