Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance leader to design and execute advanced testing strategies ensuring high-quality applications and system products. The role leads QA initiatives, mentors teams, and collaborates with engineering to improve processes while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Responsibilities include creating complex test plans, guiding audits, tracking defects, and driving continuous QA improvements across the technology lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in QA or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of QA or software testing experience.
• Proficiency with advanced testing methodologies, automated testing tools, defect tracking, and quality management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develops complex test plans using advanced testing methodologies to validate system functionality.
• Leads audits and testing activities to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborates with engineering teams to implement QA process improvements.
• Documents, communicates, and tracks test results and issues.
• Provides expert technical guidance and mentorship to QA teams.
• Reviews and enhances QA frameworks, tools, and processes for continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives to integrate QA best practices across the tech lifecycle.
• Influences organizational quality objectives and contributes to strategic QA planning.
