Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Senior Quality Lead to coordinate planning, execution, and recap for software testing across one or more strategic programs. You will lead QA professionals and partner with the Tech Lead, Project Manager, and BAs to deliver a high-quality product.

The role requires 5+ years in software quality assurance, experience leading QA for large-scale initiatives, and strong skills in test strategy, metrics, and automation using JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

5+ years in software quality assurance.
Experience leading QA for large-scale initiatives.
Familiarity with planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the QA team for large transformational projects.
Accountable for quality across assigned programs.
Oversee quality across all phases of the project.
Communicate risks related to technical debt, schedule slippage, or other concerns to the project team.
Schedule QA resources and estimates the QA portion of project timelines and forecasts.
Manage testing needs with Shared Services and oversee PLC checkpoints.
Calculate and manage traceability and test coverage metrics.
Assist with test result triage and report on overall health.
Mentor QA staff and manage performance across multiple efforts.
Collaborate with Tech Lead, Project Manager, and Business Analysts.
