Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Lead to support the application development organization. You will lead QA efforts, design test strategy, coordinate testing activities, and mentor QA staff across projects, including onsite/offshore resources.

The role emphasizes adherence to testing standards, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ongoing process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum four years quality assurance experience; eight years with a HS diploma.
• Preference for project management experience and familiarity with Regions’ testing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA perspectives across projects and coordinate with PMs, Devs, and Risk & Audit.
• Design test strategy and planning for projects or applications.
• Coordinate test planning, creation, and execution; track quality metrics.
