Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four (4) years of quality or related experience.
• Or High School Diploma or GED and eight (8) years of quality or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads QA perspective for Regions’ projects, coordinating with PMs, development, business units, compliance, risk and audit.
• Coordinates testing activities including resource and funding planning.
• Designs test strategy and test planning for projects or applications.
• Coordinates test planning, creation, and execution; provides test management guidance.
• Defines and tracks QA metrics; publishes QA reports and health scores.
• Manages defect workflow and advocates QA best practices; on-site/offshore onboarding as needed.
• Prepares transition plans for automation and future project roadmaps post-closure.
• Ensures compliance with risk management, regulations, and cybersecurity practices.
