Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Pre-Sales Senior Software Technical Specialist to drive consultative solution selling for the ELERA software portfolio. This role serves as a trusted advisor to customers, Sales, and Solution Architect teams with deep technical expertise and retail industry knowledge.

You will collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Development, Marketing, and Professional Services to modernize store operations and accelerate digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, solution architecture, or related fields.
• Deep understanding of retail operations and store technologies.
• Experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
• Proven success leading workshops, POCs, pilots, and demonstrations.
• Knowledge of enterprise software architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales teams and Pre-Sales Solution Architects across the Americas in positioning ELERA portfolio.
• Serve as SME on ELERA solutions, capabilities, roadmap, and retail applications.
• Lead executive engagements, strategy sessions, workshops, and business reviews for strategic accounts.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Articulate ELERA vision, strategy, business value, and differentiation.
• Develop account-specific solution strategies aligning objectives with ELERA capabilities.
