Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or related field.
- Deep understanding of retail operations and digital transformation.
- Proven ability presenting to executive audiences.
- Experience leading workshops, POCs, pilots, and demos.
- Knowledge of enterprise software architecture, APIs, and cloud/SaaS.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales across the Americas for ELERA portfolio.
- Serve as SME on ELERA capabilities, roadmap, and retail apps.
- Lead executive engagements, strategy sessions, and business reviews.
- Deliver compelling demonstrations to C-suite stakeholders.
- Articulate ELERA value and drive account-specific strategies.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, and Professional Services.
