Job summary

Bezos Academy is seeking a Senior Software Product Manager in Seattle to own the product strategy for our family‑focused mobile app. You will lead a development team from concept to launch, combining AI technology with curated learning materials to empower caregivers and children.

You have 8+ years in product management, experience with mobile apps or ecommerce, and a proven ability to translate insights into first‑generation consumer products while collaborating across engineering, design, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Eight or more years of relevant experience including five years in software product management or product development of mobile apps, learning software, or ecommerce using Agile / Lean methods.
Prior experience building mobile apps, AI‑driven experiences, or ecommerce businesses.
Track record of customer obsession, using data and insights to lead roadmaps, requirements, and execution of first‑generation consumer products.
History of collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing to understand roles and work transparently.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for family impact through our mobile app.
Lead a product development team from concept through launch and ongoing ownership.
Partner with engineers and designers to solve customer problems and iterate to success.
