Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to redefine enterprise workforce planning in Seattle, WA. You will architect a greenfield platform with AI/ML, delivering data-driven insights to senior leaders and interfacing with Finance and business teams.

You'll influence roadmap decisions, prototype rapidly in the AI space, and own end-to-end delivery in a high-visibility setting requiring strong storytelling and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy.
• Experience delivering features and making tradeoffs.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on tech decisions.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing stakeholders at executive prioritization.

Responsabilités

• Design and build integrated planning systems with AI-driven recommendations.
• Create intuitive interfaces for business leaders to use complex planning.
• Partner with Finance and business teams for real-time modeling and decisions.
• Launch new features and track key performance metrics.
• Drive project execution from concept to completion with updates to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders with narratives.
• Make critical trade-offs on enterprise-scale system architecture.
• Navigate financial modeling and budget alignment with Finance partners.
• Maintain product quality in highly ambiguous environments.
