Job summary

Binti, a San Francisco-based software company serving government agencies, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead Family Finding & Engagement. You will own the product strategy, work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and customer teams, and steer AI-enabled improvements to help kin caregivers and social workers.

You will shadow frontline workers, translate user needs into a multi-year vision, and drive a scalable roadmap that meets the needs of both public agencies and private

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in high-growth B2B/enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with regulated, government-facing, or complex workflow software is a plus.
• Strong track record of scaling products meaningfully.
• AI-native mindset and experience using AI tools in product development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Family Finding & Engagement.
• Translate needs of social workers, kin caregivers, and other stakeholders into a long-term vision and quarterly plan.
• Drive key metrics like kinship placement rates and time to first relative contact.
• Identify where AI can transform workflows and automate outreach.
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools to test ideas with users.
• Shadow social workers to gain deep user understanding and feedback.
• Scale the product to work for states and private agencies.
