Community Phone is seeking a senior product designer to own the end-to-end design of a multi-surface consumer product. You will shape strategy across physical unboxing, mobile app, web dashboard, and AI voice interactions, collaborating with engineers and growth teams.

You should bring 8+ years of design leadership, strong UI/UX and user research skills, and a track record of influencing company strategy. The role offers a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with strong customer impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with senior ownership.
• Proven design leadership and strategic influence.
• Experience improving onboarding and activation for a genuinely complex, multi-surface product.
• World-class UI, UX, and user research skills.

Responsibilities

• Set design strategy across the full customer journey (physical unboxing, mobile app, web dashboard, AI voice checks).
• Own outcomes post-activation and drive adoption metrics with growth and PLG teams.
• Mock up full working prototypes using modern AI development tools for stakeholders and customers.
• Build foundations for a scalable design org: shared components, research habits, and clear documentation.
