Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr Product Manager - Tech in Bellevue, WA to lead a unified, AI-native talent management platform within Amazon Talent Solutions. You will own the end-to-end experience for corporate Amazonians, influence Directors and VPs, and coordinate six engineering teams across multiple product domains to deliver a scalable platform.

Qualifications

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product vision and roadmap for ITDS's unified talent evaluation solution.
• Own the end-to-end customer experience strategy for corporate Amazonians.
• Design solutions that are flexible and configurable across business lines.
• Lead product strategy for AI-native capabilities (AI insights, generative AI for evaluations, intelligent workflow automation).
• Coordinate across engineering teams and product domains to drive shared infrastructure and platform architecture.
• Represent ITDS in VP-level forums; influence resource allocation and priorities.
• Establish reviews, planning processes, and shared metrics to operate as one product team.
• Make tradeoffs between near-term delivery and long-term platform investment.
• Build cross-org partnerships with HR, corporate engineering, and leadership.
