Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a hands-on Technology Leader to guide a growing team of software professionals on high‑priority product and platform initiatives. You will be a people‑first leader who builds trust, drives execution, and shapes a high‑performing team.

You will mentor engineers and contractors, align priorities with stakeholders, and help remove blockers to keep delivery moving forward while fostering accountability, curiosity, and initiative across the team.

Qualifications

• Prior people management experience in a software/technology environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate others.
• Technical fluency to contribute to discussions around architecture, collaboration, and delivery.
• Ability to assess tradeoffs, resolve conflicts, and make sound judgment calls.
• Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and can be trusted to execute.
