You will mentor engineers and contractors, align priorities with stakeholders, and help remove blockers to keep delivery moving forward while fostering accountability, curiosity, and initiative across the team.

Qualifications

• Prior people management experience in a software/technology environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate others.
• Technical fluency to contribute to discussions around architecture, collaboration, and delivery.
• Ability to assess tradeoffs, resolve conflicts, and make sound judgment calls.
• Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and can be trusted to execute.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and contractors.
