Qualifications
- 9+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of Object‑Oriented software development in C++ and/or Java.
- Experience leading Agile software development teams.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- US citizenship and ability to obtain a secret/top secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing agile software teams.
- Own the software architecture roadmap and technical strategy for the program.
- Oversee design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
- Ensure compliance with software engineering standards, processes, and reviews.
- Represent the RMS Software Engineering discipline within IPTs and program forums.
