Job summary

Businessolver is seeking an Implementation Project Manager I to define, manage, and communicate project objectives, create robust project plans, and manage risks on the onboarding team. You will ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and quality outcomes for client implementations.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Experience with client onboarding, benefits administration or SaaS implementation is ideal.
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work within tight delivery timeframes.
• Change management and stakeholder management leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple strategic, complex projects with successful results (scope, schedule, and budget).
• Experience defining and documenting processes and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using in-house project management software; adjust schedules to keep the project on course.
• Communicate project expectations and progress to clients, team members, and executive teams; influence work schedule completion.
• Create and sustain a high-functioning project team to meet project goals.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate owners.
• Assess and manage risks of schedule changes; create and track action plans to remove risk and bottlenecks.
• Work with vendors to ensure dependent tasks are managed and completed on time.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Quantitatively plan and organize project team capacity.
• Ensure optimal use of capacities, set priorities, and clear bottlenecks.
• Demonstrate initiative and drive within a fast-paced environment.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties.
• Lead initiatives for continuous process improvements; maintain others.
• Act as a SME for project management and system capabilities.
