Job summary

One Inc is seeking a Senior Software Implementation Consultant to join our Delivery team on a US-remote basis. You will onboard clients to our Digital Payments platform, configure features, and produce artifacts such as use cases and UI prototypes.

You will act as a customer advocate, mentor teammates, and collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality implementations across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a software implementation role with One Inc or similar.
• Understanding of payments technology and workflows.
• Customer-facing software implementation experience is required.
• Self-starter with proactive problem-solving and ability to standardize processes.
• Technical aptitude to learn One Inc solutions in depth.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in a professional setting.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• True SME and trusted advisor for One Inc systems to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the team, sharing best practices and process improvements.
• Own requirements gathering via face-to-face and web conferences.
• Configure, test, and validate payment platform features.
• Document requirements, nuances, and the solution to be implemented.
• Coordinate with project manager to deliver milestones and updates.
• Collaborate with developers and QA on requirements and design.
• Perform high-level testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Create and update implementation documentation to drive process improvements.
