Job summary

One Inc is seeking a Senior Software Implementation Consultant to join our Delivery team in a US-remote capacity. You will onboard new clients to our Digital Payments platform, configuring features and guiding implementations to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in software implementation, strong payments knowledge, and customer-facing experience. Salary ranges from $105,000 to $115,000 USD, with final offers based on skill set and location.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience is required.
4+ years of recent Business Analyst experience in a SAAS environment is required.
Experience building UI mockups & wire framing mockups is required.

Responsibilities

True SME and trusted advisor for customer regarding One Inc systems and offering for internal and external stakeholders
Leader and mentor within team, offering best practices and process improvements
Work well with customer. Accountable for the more technical components of the end-to-end implementation process
Own requirements gathering activities by coordinating and running face-to-face and web-conferencing interviews
Configure, test, and validate payment platform features
Document requirements, nuances, and solution to be implemented
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders at all levels to analyze needs and business requirements
Produce the following artifacts as needed: Functional Requirements, Use Cases, UI Prototypes
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously – ability to work in many internal and external projects and effectively prioritize workload
Work independently with stakeholders to define concepts, review specifications, solicit feedback, gather requirements, and obtain approval for specifications
Work in tandem with the project manager to coordinate deliverables and communicate updates
Work with developers and QA to understand and coordinate technical requirements and design
Complete high-level testing to ensure solution is functioning per requirements
Create and update documentation and working to drive improvements in process for the implementation of existing products
