Job summary

One Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Services team to lead implementation of the product suite for a growing customer base. You will onboard customers from Sales to Services, map requirements to product features, and ensure timely, quality delivery across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, customer advocacy, and the ability to translate business objectives into project execution while collaborating with internal partners and clients across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience in computing, business, or related field
• 8+ years of experience leading high-performance teams and/or implementation projects for Enterprise software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask
• Experience with web conferencing/virtual meetings

Responsibilities

• Prioritize opportunities balancing customer, business, and product priorities; articulate rationale behind decisions
• Serve as primary contact and relationship owner through software implementation phases
• Drive project schedules and coordinate collaboration for timely success
• Coordinate requirements gathering with product SMEs during discovery
• Define project scope, delivery, and overall solution with internal and customer teams
• Create and manage work plans to support customer implementations
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques
• Anticipate and manage project risk
• Guide delivery teams to meet scope, time, and budget
• Maintain regular contact with customers including weekly status meetings
• Provide high-quality responsive service meeting customer expectations
• Educate customers on new features to uncover opportunities
• Develop deep understanding of customer’s business and use cases
• Handle urgent concerns and escalate when needed
• Measure project performance and status with appropriate tools
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
