Job summary

One Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Services team in California. You will lead onboarding for new customers, manage implementations of the One Inc product suite, and align delivery with customer requirements and business objectives.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, guide project schedules, manage scope and risk, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery while fostering strong customer relationships across domestic and international initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience leading enterprise implementation projects preferred.
• Eight+ years of experience leading high-performance teams and/or implementation projects for enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and customer-facing delivery.
