Job summary

One Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Services team in delivering the One Inc product suite to customers. You will guide onboarding from Sales to Services, manage timelines, scope and resources, and collaborate with product and engineering to meet customer requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive projects across diverse teams with occasional travel and a focus on customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Eight or more years of experience leading high‑performance teams or implementation projects for Enterprise packaged software.
• Strong communication, leadership and project governance skills.
• Experience with SDLC and customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding from Sales to Services during product implementation.
• Own project timelines, scope, and budget across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate with product, engineering and customer teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans and status reporting.
• Travel up to 10% domestically or internationally as needed.
