Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in software development with proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C , Go).
• 5 years in a senior leadership role managing people, leading teams, managing managers, and delivering software products to market.
• 5 years leading teams that build customer-facing, browser-based applications with strong UI/UX understanding.
• 5 years of experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 3 years leading teams that design, build, and scale internal and external APIs with microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering managers who oversee software teams delivering end-to-end products from conception to production.
• Grow engineering managers and engineers with performance feedback and career development.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects on time, budget, and quality.
• Lead cross-functional scope including front-end UI/UX and API backend services.
• Collaborate with product and design to define project requirements and priorities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies; resolve issues proactively.
