Ford Motor Company seeks a Senior Software Engineering Manager for Ford Pro Intelligence. You will lead multiple engineering managers delivering end-to-end software products for millions of drivers, shaping technical direction and ensuring high-quality delivery.

You will partner with product, design, and engineering to define requirements, manage risks, and drive improvements across the development pipeline. Hybrid onsite requirement applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of software development experience with proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing people and delivering software products.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering managers who support software teams delivering end-to-end products.
• Oversee planning, execution and delivery within time and budget.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering to set requirements and priorities.
• Recruiting and developing teams and providing regular feedback.
• Improve engineering delivery processes and security posture.
