Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go).
5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role managing people, leading teams, managing managers, and delivering software products to market
5+ years of experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

Lead engineering managers who support software engineering teams delivering end-to-end software products from conception to production for millions of drivers worldwide.
Manage and grow software engineering managers and their engineers with regular feedback and development opportunities.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects within budget, time, and quality standards.
Define project requirements and priorities with a customer-focused mindset alongside product, design, and engineering partners.
Recruit and hire teams; review designs and architectures with a software engineering focus.
