Job summary

TempWorks Software, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to guide multiple engineering teams, mentor developers, plan work, and improve processes to deliver high quality products on time and on budget.

You will collaborate with project managers, QA, UX, architects and engineers in a fast-paced Agile environment, lead performance reviews, and build a diverse, skilled team that ensures security and scalable software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS or related field.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams with React.js, .NET, C#, SQL.
• Experience in Scrum/agile development and leading an agile team.

Responsibilities

• Grow high performing engineering teams through mentorship and development.
• Balance quality improvements with new product investments and meet tight schedules.
• Lead performance evaluations and establish metrics and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with PMs, QA, UX, architects and engineers.
