Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive management experience leading and developing software engineering teams in a technical environment.
Demonstrated success developing technical talent through coaching, feedback, performance management, and career development.
High emotional intelligence with a transparent, collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop software teams to foster accountability, collaboration, learning, and high performance.
Set clear expectations, provide feedback, manage performance, and support career growth.
Align teams with business priorities and outcomes ensuring clarity and focus.
Drive accountability for results and partner with Tech Leads, PMs, and leaders to deliver.
