7+ years in software engineering with leadership experience, strong cloud and AI/ML adoption, and collaboration across Product, Data, Infrastructure and security stakeholders are key.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with 5+ years leading projects.
• 7+ years with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka and cloud deployments.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• 3+ years defining technology strategy and adoption of AI/ML and cloud services.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Own risk mitigation and production stability with root cause analysis.
• Oversee SDLC ensuring secure coding and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Infrastructure and stakeholders to align priorities.
