Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years of leading projects or managing directs.
• 7+ years of experience using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka to build/deploy and maintain software applications on cloud platforms.
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority, collaborating with engineering, architecture, security, and business stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience defining technology strategy and leading adoption of AI/ML, cloud services, automation, and developer productivity tools in a large-scale enterprise environment with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own risk mitigation and production stability by identifying vulnerabilities, leading root cause analysis, and driving timely resolution for high availability.
• Oversee the full SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment with secure coding practices and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Infrastructure and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure efficient delivery pipelines.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and lead innovation through proofs-of-concept and technology selection to enhance performance and productivity.
• Build high-performing teams by hiring, evaluating performance, and fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
