Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years leading projects or directing teams.
• 7+ years of Java/Spring Boot/Kafka experience and cloud platforms.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
• 3+ years defining technology strategy and adopting AI/ML, cloud services, automation.
• Strong cloud, distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and modern practices.

Responsibilities

• Own risk mitigation and production stability with root cause analysis.
• Oversee the full SDLC with secure coding and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Infrastructure and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Adopt emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concepts to improve performance.
