Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years leading projects
7+ years of experience using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka on cloud platforms
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
3+ years of experience defining technology strategy and adoption of AI/ML, cloud services, automation
Strong expertise in cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, microservices

Responsibilities

Own risk mitigation and production stability
Oversee full SDLC with modern engineering standards
