Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years designing, developing, and delivering scalable software.
• 3+ years leading software engineering teams.
• 3+ years designing microservices and API-based architectures.
• 3+ years working with public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow engineering teams across software, AI, and quality engineering.
• Own people leadership lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance.
• Manage budgets, headcount, capacity, and cloud spend.
• Define team goals, OKRs, and track delivery and quality metrics.
• Drive engineering strategies, roadmaps, and technical solutions.
• Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA/PHI/PII).
