Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in software development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with geographically dispersed stakeholders
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
• Experience with Experion PKS DCS / PLC / Industrial Automation is a plus
• Hands-on experience with tests execution and automation (unit tests in multiple projects)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of software engineers to execute projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans
• Provide technical guidance to solve complex software problems
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Perform performance appraisals and one-on-one sessions with team members

• Drive technical resource reviews for the team
• Cultivate Honeywell operating system practices
• Foster innovation, accountability and responsibility
• Use visual & metrics-based management in agile teams with stakeholders
