• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ Years of Automation experience
• 4+ Years of Project Management or equivalent experience
• 4+ Years of experience in oil & gas, refining, or mining industries

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project teams through lifecycle to deliver programs in excess of USD 10M annually.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, risk allocation, and change management; oversee negotiations with customers and partners.
• Define program goals and success metrics; align multiple project plans to a shared roadmap.
• Manage interdependencies and resource conflicts; communicate program health to senior leadership.
• Drive process improvements, tooling adoption, and maintain Accountability for all contractual requirements.
• Provide coaching to Project Managers and monitor execution plans, schedules, costs, and staffing.
