Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Program Lead to steer complex automation and technology development projects within a global program team. The role reports to the Sr.

Program Manager and operates on a Hybrid schedule from Tulsa, OK, coordinating centers of excellence across domestic and international sites. You will translate strategic objectives into end-to-end plans and drive disciplined execution across the full product lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of automation experience.
• 4+ years of project management or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in oil & gas, refining, and/or mining industry.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage project team activities across the lifecycle of Honeywell Programs from start to close-out.
• Lead with compliance to contractual requirements, risk allocation, and change management; manage negotiations with customers and partners to protect scope and margin.
• Define program goals and success metrics; align multiple project plans to a shared roadmap.
• Communicate program health to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement across processes and governance.
• Develop and monitor execution plans including schedule, cost, and staffing; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
