Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (science/engineering/math).
• 6+ years in production AI/ML, owning model lifecycle, reliability and performance in real environments.
• 6+ years mastery of ML, deep learning, LLMs, generative AI, and RAG for industrial use cases.
• 6+ years Python proficiency; building distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and scalable data/ML pipelines.
• 6+ years Cloud-native deployment with Azure or AWS; Docker/Kubernetes; CI/CD for ML/LLM systems.
• Ability to influence architecture decisions and ensure scalable, secure, maintainable AI systems.
• 6+ years Cross-functional leadership with engineering, data science, product, and field teams.

Aufgaben

• Identify and deliver AI/ML opportunities (predictive maintenance, diagnostics, network optimization, forecasting, LLM-based assistance).
• Lead the engineering team to build scalable AI/ML systems for industrial environments.
• Develop and protect IP for AI models, control algorithms, and network optimization.
• Participate in Architecture Council to align product and architecture decisions.
• Ensure AI features meet cybersecurity, scalability, and architectural standards.
