SoftPro is seeking a Team Lead / Senior Software Engineer to guide design, development, and testing of new features for our SaaS platform. You will oversee existing components, address bugs, and drive performance improvements.

Join a collaborative, fast-paced team working with Microsoft technologies such as C#, SQL Server, and Azure. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in software development and proven leadership, with Angular, Node.js, and Kubernetes experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on software development with C# and .NET Core.
• Team lead and/or management experience.
• Experience with Angular, Node.js, TypeScript.
• Experience with Web Services, XML and JSON.
• Experience developing microservices on Kubernetes.
• Strong unit testing (MSTest, NUnit, xUnit).
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work with nearshore/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and code new features for SaaS platform and fix production issues.
• Lead and mentor team members; ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Work with C#, SQL Server, and Azure technologies.
• Develop containerized development and test workflows.
• Use Azure DevOps for task tracking and source control.
• Follow established coding standards and perform unit/integration testing.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team.
