The SoftPro SaaS Development Team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead to lead the design, development, and testing of new features and functionality for our SaaS platform. This role will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing components, including addressing bug fixes and implementing performance improvements. As a Team Lead, the Senior Software Engineer will play a key role in guiding development efforts and mentoring team members, prior experience in a technical leadership capacity is essential for success in this position.
The position can be in our Raleigh, NC offices, fully remote or hybrid. If remote, you must be able to work Eastern Standard hours and willing to travel to our Raleigh NC headquarters up to 5 times per year for defined events.
