Job summary

SoftPro, a division of Fidelity National Financial, is seeking a Software Development Manager for its Raleigh, NC SaaS initiative. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days in the Raleigh office and leading high-performing software teams responsible for delivering secure, scalable software.

The role partners with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Architects to ensure predictable delivery and strong engineering practices while maintaining team morale and velocity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with .NET, C#, SQL Server and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing software development teams for a SaaS product.
• Collab with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
• Drive Azure-native tooling, observability, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Promote secure-by-default design and code reviews.
• Oversee delivery from planning to deployment.
• Manage nearshore and onshore teams.
• Encourage automation and reduce toil.
• Align engineering with business priorities.
