Job summary
Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to provide technical leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on software development for complex enterprise applications and cloud-native platforms.
You will partner with Product, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Delivery teams to ensure successful execution of strategic objectives, while delivering scalable and secure software with modern engineering practices.
Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience preferred in enterprise software.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise apps, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native solutions.
- Own end-to-end technical solution delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Define and drive technical architecture, standards, and best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide teams.
- Lead architecture reviews and project milestones.
- Mentor developers and manage escalations.
- Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, and observability.
