Job summary

Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in software engineering or equivalent
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices
- Cloud-native development with Kubernetes and CI/CD practices
- Experience with API management, security models, and data platforms
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, pharmacy, or financial services
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud-native solutions
- Own end-to-end technical delivery across multiple workstreams
- Define architecture, standards, and best practices across teams
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and guide implementation
- Lead architecture reviews, planning, and risk mitigation
- Mentor engineers and coordinate with security, product, and platform teams
- Drive DevSecOps, IaC, automated testing, and observability initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and SSDLC
