Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Security EDR Workflows team to design and build high‑scale workflows and UI features that connect to Elastic Defend agents. You will collaborate across product and design to deliver robust security capabilities and ensure reliability, observability, and production readiness.

You will write production-grade code in Typescript/Node.js and React, contribute to API development, and apply AI tools to accelerate development and improve engineering

Qualifications

• Solid programming in TypeScript/Node.js and React.js.
• Ability to take ownership end-to-end, from requirements to production.
• Proactive use of AI to solve complex problems and ramp up quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement UI features powering Elastic Defend user interface capabilities.
• Develop and evolve APIs to interact with Elastic Defend data.
• Contribute to the architecture of the management and actions framework with OSquery forensics.
