Job summary

Search AI Company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Security EDR Workflows team to design and build workflows and user-facing capabilities that power the Defend agent. You will collaborate with security, product, and design teams to deliver robust, high-scale features used by security practitioners worldwide.

You will contribute to policy configuration, management capabilities, and OSQuery-based forensics workflows, while ensuring reliability and performance across the platform.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Typescript/Node.js and React.js.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end from requirements to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features powering the UI for the Defend experience.
• Build and evolve APIs enabling product interaction with Defend data.
• Contribute to architecture of Defend management and response actions framework with OSQuery forensics.
• Develop scalable, high-performance systems within the Search AI ecosystem.
• Ensure reliability, observability and operational health from design to production.
• Write production-grade code in Typescript/Node.js and React.js as part of a high-quality codebase.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams on cross-team efforts.
• Contribute to engineering standards, tooling and AI-driven process improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design decisions.
