Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with IPT Leadership, Product Owner, and other Scrum Masters to prioritize development, resolve issues, and facilitate planning and coordination.
2. Coordinate with IPT Leadership and Product Owner to plan development increments and software builds.
3. Design and develop software when not performing Scrum Master duties.
4. Work with engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.
