Under the leadership of the Implementation Lead, the OpEx Readiness Coach is responsible for coaching and guiding QAD Redzone customers during implementation. This role provides the first impression of QAD Redzone training, testing, and configuration, and is critical to customer and project success during the first 8 weeks of implementation.
This position is full-time, exempt, remote, and requires travel Monday-Friday, approximately 42 weeks per year.
