Operational Excellence Readiness Coach-Bilingual

Job Description

Under the leadership of the Implementation Lead, the OpEx Readiness Coach is responsible for coaching and guiding QAD Redzone customers during implementation. This role provides the first impression of QAD Redzone training, testing, and configuration, and is critical to customer and project success during the first 8 weeks of implementation.

This position is full-time, exempt, remote, and requires travel Monday-Friday, approximately 42 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Coach QAD Redzone customers to ensure readiness for Connected Teams Coaching.
• Conduct onsite visits at the end of the project management phase before coaching begins.
• Ensure signals are wired and visual factory is installed and operational.
• Perform initial software training and support the Practice Team to disseminate QAD Redzone knowledge.
• Facilitate project briefings and provide summaries to internal teams on key outputs, stakeholders, and risks.
• Configure and set up QAD Redzone software to match manufacturing processes at the client site.
• Ensure manufacturing data is complete and includes relevant information such as product, equipment, and run rates.
• Possess full knowledge of shop floor environments, workflows, and processes in Food & Beverage and CPG industries.
• Support client confidence before go-live.
• Monitor and ensure quality control of automation signals and real-time data accuracy.
• Manage escalation processes for critical issues or risks that could delay the project.
• Provide initial training for management, leads, and shop floor users.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
