Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

What you’ll do

1. Design, Build and Innovate: Lead and contribute to greenfield projects, developing new features and products from scratch.
2. Collaborate Closely: Engineering is a team effort; work closely with sales and support teams to ensure we are solving the right problems.
3. Customer-Centric Development: Have high empathy for users, seek feedback, and iterate on products to improve their experience. (We go onsite with customers to see our software in use firsthand.)
4. Business-Minded Decision Making: Make daily decisions on investing in architecture, leveraging vendors and integrations, or scoping to deliver functionality efficiently.
5. Optimize and Deliver: Participate in a lean, fast-moving development process that is continuously improved.
6. Report directly to the CTO

What we’re looking for

• High-end senior to staff full-stack software engineer, highly comfortable with Typescript and modern web technologies. Our tech stack includes:
• Conceptual knowledge of modern software architecture, practices, and tradeoffs, with the ability to communicate effectively across skill levels.
• Strong product sense, balancing perfect implementation with timely delivery.
• Comfort with ambiguity and adapting approaches quickly.
• Proven track record of delivering meaningful product work in small teams.
• Technologies: Typescript, React, Tailwind CSS, MaterialUI, GitHub.
