Job summary

enGen is seeking an agile software engineer to contribute to scalable applications across digital channels. The role requires an enterprise-wide architectural view and technical execution of products using the best-suited stack.

You will be involved in idea generation, business analysis, technical design and software development, applying latest technologies and design patterns. Experience with Claude Code or Google Gemini is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs.
• Write code adhering to standards and perform code reviews.
• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies and support sprint planning.
