Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for FuzeRx to improve the pharmacy experience by automating prescription processing and enhancing clinical workflows. You will work on scalable back-end services, integrating partner systems, and shaping strategy around predictive systems and architecture.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive software engineering in high-volume environments.
• Core Technologies: Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, PostgreSQL.
• System Design: Architect complex systems for long-term maintainability and scalability.
• Technical Fundamentals: Strong engineering fundamentals for high-volume, resilient systems.
• Quality & Best Practices: Code reviews, documentation, and production issue mitigation.
• Mindset: Relentless pursuit of impact in work.

Responsibilities

• Join a team advancing prescription processing from intake to fulfillment.
• Improve pharmacy experience by automating workflows and integrating data sources.
• Collaborate to configure billing, benefits, and clinical workflows for partners.
• Design and build scalable services powering the FuzeRx platform.
