Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience in a high-volume, high-throughput production environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Deep background in Backend or Full Stack technologies.
• Experience architecting complex systems for long-term maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Strong fundamentals with experience building high-volume, resilient systems.

Responsibilities

• Improve patients’ lives through a better pharmacy experience by building critical services that handle prescription processing from intake to fulfillment.
• Increase intake automation rate by leveraging LLMs to parse unstructured data from prescriptions.
• Accelerate pharmacist workflows by integrating dispensing history and risk scores into the pre-dispense safety and review step.
• Enable partners to configure billing, benefits, and clinical workflows for their use cases.
• Design and implement service-oriented architectures and scalable, maintainable systems.
